They will also inspect the places like windows for any cracks, as it could be a defect for growth of mold. They will also inspect the baseboards for growth of mold. The tack strips under the carpet could become stained and will rot if water enters through the walls. The mold inspectors check for such spots and check for any possibility of growth of mold. The mold inspectors also check the wall papers, as heavy wall paper will trap the moisture and this get mixed with the glue will be serious mold problem.
